My nephew Kobe is more than family-he’s my inspiration in the kitchen. He challenges me to think bigger, create boldly, and craft dishes that push my limits. I prepared a rabbit leg dish, served with a vibrant squash and edible flower salad, and a rich brown sauce reduction. It was his first time trying rabbit, and I’m so glad I could share this experience with him.
